Parking

There are 2-hr & 4-hr parking lots around the building and long term or free parking is available a short walking distance from the spa.

Reservations

To reserve an appointment, please call 650 685-8400 during spa hours. If you cannot reach us reach, please leave a message and one of our spa coordinators will return your call our earliest convenience. You may also request an appointment by sending an email to veronica@rejouvence.com

Appointments must be secured with a credit card for new clients.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify the spa a minimum of 4 hours in order to avoid a 50% of charge of the service. All no-shows will be charge the full amount of the service.
Please call if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Environment

We respectfully request that you turn off or set your cell phone to silent mode before all spa services. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items so please leave all valuables at home. We observe an adult-oriented atmosphere for our clients, so please make sure children under 12 have childcare arrangements to ensure that you enjoy your experience to the fullest.

Series & Packages

All treatments are available for a series purchase. If you purchase five sessions, you will receive an additional session free of charge. Series purchases are non-refundable. Each service in a series is redeemable only by the original purchaser. Prices are subject to change without further notice.

We use only the highest quality organic products combined with innovative technology to achieve maximum results in our facials.

Returns

Present your receipt within one week from date of purchase and receive in store credit only. No refunds on service and series purchases.

Gratuities

All spa services and package prices are non-inclusive of gratuity. We graciously accept gratuities at your discretion. Gratuities can be accepted in cash or included in your credit card transaction.

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates in any denomination for services or retail products. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable. We only accept the original copy of gift certificates and are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
